Build a luxurious getaway in the comfort of your own home with the Golden Designs Dynamic Venice Infrared Sauna. This style-forward sanctuary uses six Dynamic FAR infrared Carbon heating panels to deliver warmth from head to toe. The interior and exterior controllers allow you to set and adjust temperatures up to 140℉ from inside or outside the sauna. The panels are also the access point for the Chromotherapy color lighting system, allowing you to choose from several light colors as well as activate the red light therapy feature.

There are two EMF ratings available for the Venice: Low EMF and Ultra Low EMF.

• Low EMF: 5 - 10mG EMF output (2"-3" from the heating panels). This option uses FAR Infrared panels to permeate the deepest layers of body tissue.
• Ultra Low EMF: 3 - 5mG EMF output (2"-3" from the heating panels). This option uses FAR Infrared panels to permeate the deepest layers of body tissue.

The Canadian Hemlock walls are finished in a honey dark stain that complements the bronze-tinted tempered glass door for a striking visual aesthetic. This exterior style is amplified further with bright accent lighting and a natural wood cutout. While the sauna looks sophisticated, the clasp-together assembly makes installation simple and straightforward.

The Venice’s integrated speaker system can connect directly to devices via Bluetooth or MP3 aux cable, giving you the option to play soothing sounds while you sweat. This sauna is finished with an adjustable roof vent that encourages comfort in every session.

Assembly

Assembly & Installation

The Golden Designs Dynamic Venice Infrared Sauna requires assembly before use.

Make sure the chosen space for your sauna meets all of the following requirements:

• A stable, level surface
• A power supply designated ONLY for the sauna
• Away from flammable objects and chemicals
• Away from water installations and bathrooms

In addition to the materials and hardware included in the kit, you will need a Phillips screwdriver, a ladder, and two adults.

• Golden Design Saunas ship for free within the 48 contiguous states.
• These Saunas ship directly from our California warehouse via flatbed truck.
• Shipping times vary depending on inventory levels and delivery location. If there are any delays in shipping, we will reach out to you directly with the new projected arrival date.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations

We will issue a 100% refund on orders that are canceled within 4 business days or before the order ships. This will be dependent on whichever deadline arrives first.

If an order is canceled after this grace period, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.

Returns

Our saunas include a 30-day return policy.

You can return this product if:

• You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date.
• The product is unused and in its original packaging.
• Installation has not been attempted.

If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.
