Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, a US territory or outside the United States, contact us before ordering and we will quote freight for your address.

How saunas are shipped

Saunas are large, heavy freight items. They travel strapped to a pallet on an LTL freight truck rather than by parcel carrier.

  • Curbside delivery. The driver brings the pallet to the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible curb. Moving the unit from the curb to its final position is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Appointment call. The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone over 18 must be present to receive and sign.
  • Access matters. Standard freight trucks are large. If your street is narrow, steep, gated or unpaved, tell us before you order so we can arrange a smaller truck if one is available.
  • Liftgate. Most residential deliveries need a liftgate to lower the pallet. If your order does not include one automatically, ask us.

Processing and transit

Lead times vary by brand and model, and some units are made to order. The estimated availability for each product is shown on its product page. Once your order leaves the warehouse, transit across the continental US typically takes several business days depending on distance.

If a model is on backorder we will contact you with the expected date before charging or shipping.

Preparing for delivery

  • Have your base ready: a level concrete pad, paver base, compacted gravel or a rated deck.
  • Arrange two or more people, or a tractor, forklift or appliance dolly, for the move from curb to site.
  • Clear the path of gates, low branches, soft ground and tight corners.
  • Keep the pallet and packaging until the sauna is fully assembled and working.

Inspecting your delivery

Before you sign the delivery receipt, walk around the pallet and check for crushed corners, tears, water damage or missing cartons. If anything looks wrong, write the damage on the delivery paperwork before signing and take photos. A clean signature makes freight damage claims far harder to win.

Report any damage or shortage to us with photos and your order number as soon as possible so we can open a claim and get replacement parts moving.
