Enjoy a 360-degree heating experience with the Golden Designs Dynamic Lucca Infrared Sauna. The Lucca stands apart from the rest with an infrared panel on every wall, including the front. This surrounding warmth ensures every angle is covered, using seven 360 infrared panels to deliver even heating for two people.

The interior LED control panel lets you adjust the temperature up to 140℉ and also acts as the control center for the comfort features. These include: a Chromotherapy lighting system, red light therapy, and built-in speakers with Bluetooth and MP3 aux connections.

There are two EMF ratings available for the Versailles: Low EMF and Ultra Low EMF.

• Low EMF: 5 - 10mG EMF output (2"-3" from the heating panels). This option uses FAR Infrared panels to permeate the deepest layers of body tissue.
• Ultra Low EMF: 3 - 5mG EMF output (2"-3" from the heating panels). This option uses FAR Infrared panels to permeate the deepest layers of body tissue.

The Lucca cabin is constructed from reforested Canadian Hemlock wood and paired with a clear tempered glass door for durability and excellent heat management. There’s also an adjustable roof vent that gives you control over airflow to achieve perfect sessions. Assembling the cabin is simple with the clasp-together design, minimizing confusion for a straightforward build. This sauna is complete with a removable bench that allows the cabin to double as a space for stretching, yoga, and exercise.

Assembly

Assembly & Installation

The Golden Designs Dynamic Lucca Infrared Sauna requires assembly before use.

Make sure the chosen space for your sauna meets all of the following requirements:

• A stable, level surface
• A power supply designated ONLY for the sauna
• Away from flammable objects and chemicals
• Away from water installations and bathrooms

In addition to the materials and hardware included in the kit, you will need a Philips screwdriver, a ladder, and two adults.

• These Saunas ship directly from our California warehouse via flatbed truck.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations

We will issue a 100% refund on orders that are canceled within 4 business days or before the order ships. This will be dependent on whichever deadline arrives first.

If an order is canceled after this grace period, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.

Returns

Our saunas include a 30-day return policy.

You can return this product if:

• You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date.
• The product is unused and in its original packaging.
• Installation has not been attempted.

If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.
